Shenhav LLC (“Shenhav” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This privacy policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit or access our websites or platforms (the “Platform”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.
Our Platform provides information, content and resources to local, state and federal political candidates across the United States (the “Services”). We provide some Services directly to you, and we also create connections by which you can obtain other services from third-party providers (“Third-Party Services”). By using this Platform, you acknowledge and agree that Shenhav does not control how these providers of Third-Party Services collect, use or disclose your information, including through cookies or other tracking technologies on their pages. This privacy policy applies to information we collect either (i) on the Platform, (ii) through email, text or other electronic messages between you and this Platform, or (iii) through mobile and desktop applications you download from this Platform, which provide dedicated non- browser-based interaction between you and this Platform. This policy does not apply to information collected by (i) us offline or through any other means, including any publicly- available information, or (ii) any third party, including our affiliates, including through any application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or through the Platform.

3. Children Under the Age of 18
Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information on our Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18 years of age, do not use or provide any information on this Platform or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information. 4. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including information:
We collect this information either (1) directly from you when you provide it to us, and/or (2) automatically as you navigate through the Platform. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies and/or other tracking technologies.
Personal Information does not include publicly available information from government records that we may obtain from other sources.
5. Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Platform may include (i) information that you provide by filling in forms on our Platform (including information provided at the time of registration or subscription) or uploading information to our Platform, (ii) records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us, (iii) the contents of your non-public messages made via the Platform to other subscribers (“Direct Messages”), (iv) details of transactions you carry out through our Platform (including financial information connected with the purchase of a subscription, products or services), (v) information you provide when making a purchase on our Platform, (vi) documents that prove your identity for purposes of obtaining Gold Verified account status, and/or (vii) any other types of information you may provide to Shenhav.
Documentation that you provide to verify your identity for purposes of obtaining a Gold Verified account shall not be used or saved for any other purpose by Shenhav or Stripe Identity.
Your Direct Messages are transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we may limit access to certain pages, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Platform to whom you may choose to send Direct Messages. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your Direct Messages will not be viewed by unauthorized persons. We will not save the content of your Direct Messages indefinitely; this information will be deleted from the Platform after one hundred twenty (120) days.
6. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies
As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including: (i) details of your visit(s) to our Platform, including location and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Platform, and (ii) information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, operating system, and browser type.
The information we collect automatically is only statistical data and does not include Personal Information. This information helps us to improve our Platform and the services we provide, including by enabling us to (i) estimate audience size and usage patterns, (ii) store information about your preferences, allowing us to customize our Platform according to your individual interests, (iii) speed up user searches, and (iv) recognize you when you return to our Platform. We will not share this collected data with other parties.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection includes cookies (or browser cookies). A cookie is a small file placed on the hard drive of your computer. You may refuse to accept browser cookies by activating the appropriate setting on your browser. However, if you select this setting you may be unable to access certain parts of our Platform. Unless you have adjusted your browser setting so that it will refuse cookies, our system will issue cookies when you direct your browser to our Platform.

Some content or applications on the Platform are served by third-parties, including networks and servers, content providers, and application providers. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.
